Motorcycle accident on the highway.
Injuries have been reported.
There is spilt gasoline at the accident site.


Task Instructions:
In order to avoid a traffic jam, divert all oncoming traffic away from
the accident site.
Insure that adequate first-aid and transport is provided for all
injured.  Make sure there are no casualties.  Afterwards, completely
clear the accident site and get the traffic moving freely again.
